EMDRNZ Accredited Training is provided by the following trainers who are also EMDRNZ Accredited Case Consultants.
Only trainings that are approved by the EMDRNZ Association are advertised on this website. Currently we have authorised EMDR Institute trainers. The EMDR Institute trainings are identical across the world and recognised by all participating countries. The EMDR Institute website (www.emdr.com) gives more information about their trainings as well as general information about EMDR therapy. EMDRNZ welcomes applications from other internationally accredited trainers to conduct training in NZ.
The 2024 bicultural pilot has been completed and is under review by the EMDRNZ Board
This $500 subsidy applies only in 2024 to Basic Training part 1 with an EMDRNZ accredited trainer or Year 1 in the Otago University EMDR Special Topic paper. Closing date: 31/12/2024.
Applicants will apply to the trainer in the usual manner, and once accepted into a training program the trainer will invoice EMDRNZ directly for the subsidy.
For those enrolled in Year 1 of Otago University Special Topic Year 1 please contact EMDRNZ to arrange reimbursement of the subsidy.
